Print file not created due to insufficient disk space.
Cause:
When you try to print to a file, there is insufficient space on the disk to create the file. Windows 95 does not display an error message. The file is simply not created.
Solution:
Double-click the 'Recycle Bin' icon, select the 'File' menu and select 'Empty Recycle Bin'. Click 'Yes'. Click the 'Start' button, select 'Find', and select 'Files or Folders...'. Type *.tmp and click 'Find Now'. Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Select All'. Press DELETE and click 'Yes'.
1) Empty the Recycle Bin:
a) Double-click the 'Recycle Bin' icon on the Windows 95 desktop. (The 'Recycle Bin' window appears.)
b) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Empty Recycle Bin'. (The 'Confirm Multiple File Delete' dialog box appears.)
c) Click 'Yes' to delete the files.
d) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close'. (The 'Recycle Bin' window closes.)
2) Delete the .tmp files:
a) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
b) Select 'Find' and select 'Files or Folders...'. (The 'Find: All Files' dialog box appears.)
c) Type *.TMP in the 'Named' drop-down list box, and click 'Find Now'. (The 'Find: All Files' dialog box expands to include all of the .tmp files.)
d) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Select All'. (All of the files are highlighted.)
e) Press DELETE. (The 'Confirm Multiple File Delete' dialog box appears.)
f) Click 'Yes' to delete the files.
g) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to close the 'Find: All Files named *.tmp' dialog box.
3) Print the document.
